1. Payment Methods

PVA Codes accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDC, DAI, BCH
  • Bank Transfers: Available for large orders (minimum $100)

2. Pricing Structure

Our pricing is based on a per-SMS verification model:

  • Starter Plan: $0.25 per SMS verification
  • Professional Plan: $0.20 per SMS verification
  • Enterprise Plan: $0.15 per SMS verification

Prices may vary by service and country. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Billing Process

Our billing process works as follows:

  1. You add funds to your account balance
  2. When you order a virtual number, the cost is deducted from your balance
  3. You can view your transaction history in your account dashboard
  4. Invoices are generated automatically for each transaction

4. Account Balance

Your account balance:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for any service or country
  • Is refundable according to our refund policy
  • Can be topped up at any time

5. Minimum Purchase

Minimum purchase requirements:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: $5.00 minimum
  • PayPal: $5.00 minimum
  • Cryptocurrencies: $10.00 minimum
  • Bank Transfers: $100.00 minimum

6. Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in USD. If you pay in a different currency:

  • Your payment processor will convert the amount to USD
  • Exchange rates are determined by your payment processor
  • We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations
  • Any conversion fees are charged by your payment processor

7. Invoicing

Invoice details:

  • Invoices are generated automatically for each transaction
  • You can download invoices from your account dashboard
  • Invoices include all necessary tax information
  • Invoices are sent to your registered email address

8. Taxes

Tax information:

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Taxes will be added based on your location and applicable laws
  • We are required to collect and remit taxes where applicable
  • Tax rates are calculated automatically during checkout

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will be notified immediately
  • Your account balance will not be credited
  • You can try again with a different payment method
  • No charges will be made for failed transactions

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

Our policy on payment disputes:

  • We work to resolve disputes amicably
  • Contact our support team before initiating a chargeback
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We provide detailed transaction records to payment processors

11. Bulk Discounts

We offer discounts for bulk purchases:

  • 100-500 SMS: 5% discount
  • 500-1000 SMS: 10% discount
  • 1000+ SMS: 15% discount
  • Custom pricing available for enterprise customers

  • We do not store credit card information
  • All transactions are encrypted
